When should we book you?
Best time to secure your date is a year ago.
We only shoot a limited number of ceremonies every year. Our goal is not quantity, but to be able to provide the highest quality for our customers.
What is included in the price:
USB & Online – High resolution photos (jpeg format) suitable for Printing & Social Media.
USB & Online – Cinematic Video Clip 3-5mins, 20-30mins Feature Film, 60secs Instagram Clip.
Do you charge a deposit for making a booking?
Yes. To secure your booking of our services and save the date, we ask for a 20% non-refundable deposit for all of our wedding film & photo services. Once contracted, we will send you in writing the offer we have agreed to which will detail all your requested products and services. One week before the ceremony a further deposit of 50% of the total amount will be required. The final payment is to be made on delivery of all the agreed materials.
Travel and accommodation costs
Travel and accommodation costs may be necessary for destination weddings. There are two options, expenses can either be included in the price or alternatively can be arranged directly by the couple.
How will you be dressed on the wedding day?
We dress smart as standard to assure we blend in with your wedding guests so that our presence is as non-intrusive as possible.
How long until I receive my wedding photos/video?
All our photo/video stories are unique and require different amounts of time to produce. We only deliver your wedding photos/video if we are 100% happy with the result. Typically, materials delivery should be expected between 1-2 months on average.
Can we meet beforehand to discuss details?
We want to make sure we answer any questions you may have, and more importantly that you are fully confident in our ability to make your wedding photo/film as special it can be. Don’t be a stranger, we want to assure you are as comfortable as can be around us, after all we will be part of your special day! Please contact us to set the meeting.
Can we provide our own music to feature in the background of the video?
Yes, we’re more than happy to hear your requests. However, music is an integral part of the story-telling process and in order to tell your story effectively, we need to have full creative control. If you have music that is extremely special to you, lets discuss in advance to see if we can incorporate it into your video. Also, keep in mind that not every song is available to be used due to copyright and legality issues.
Do you offer changes or revisions on your films or photos?
Yes! But be assured, our team spends extensive hours sorting the best footage and content for inclusion into your wedding video and photo.
If we did not use a certain clip or part of the day, it’s because we felt other clips told your wedding story more appropriately.
If we made an error or have a technical issue in our videos, we will of course remedy that. However, requests for changes in the edit for non technical related requests are not typically offered.
If you absolutely must have a change in your final video, we can do it payment free if it falls within an hours worth of work.
Pricing for re-edits which require more than an hour begins at 200 Euro, depending on the level and amount of changes requested.
